2 对全球市场挂广告行为, 监管将直接下架该商品, 并且不予返还。多次违规者剥夺全球市场上架权限7天/14天/永久 的权限 

3 对于恶意在其他玩家搞活动时破坏社区风气,市场健康谋取利益的玩家, 如别人在全球市场搞活动时故意上架昂贵物品等不限于此的此类行为, 将按照商品成交价x10倍罚金并将其金额退还给买/卖方，不满1w金币按1w金币计算
