2 小镇禁止组织成员或参与任何PVP行为, 比如两个小镇打镇战. 如果出现将对其管理者处罚 10W-50W 不等金币（已废除, 已更替为VAC-E-5）

3 小镇管理者应当引导你的成员正确, 友善的游玩服务器, 如果小镇出现风气问题导致成员VAC处罚事件, 小镇将整体星级降低一级, 一星小镇将直接解散。如为重大镇长管理不善导致的风气问题, 小镇将直接解散并剥夺镇长，副镇长 的小镇创建与加入权限，严重者将对其 VAC-B-2 处罚

4 小镇如果出现公开恶意攻击, 辱骂, 诋毁其他小镇，将视为管理者管理不善将对其带头玩家以VAC-B-2从重发处罚，对其小镇镇长/副镇长连带责任处罚。如果事件发展恶劣在必要情况下将执行强制解散原则。

5 小镇在小镇比赛过程中多次出现违反VAC系列规则的成员，该成员按照VAC相关处罚处理，相关小镇进行降级，扣小镇资金，扣小镇活跃等不限于此的处罚，请正确引导你的小镇成员游玩服务器\ <br>
