1. 监管即为服务器VACsystem系统执行者.拥有根据VAC协议为基准进行封禁的权利 
2. 监管无权对封禁玩家解封.如为误封请向腐竹申请解封 
3. 监管无权对正常玩家的游玩进行干扰 
4. 监管如果违反VAC协议相关内容由腐竹从重定罪 
5. 监管无权将监管权限交接给其他玩家,监管由腐竹直接授权 
6. 如果事件本身与监管本人有关,监管无权处罚对方玩家.恶意挑事的除外，监管封禁时理由需表明该玩家违反相关规则 7处罚后任然态度恶劣，监管有权将其从重处罚
